I dropped my car off on a Saturday and it wasn’t finished until Wednesday. I was given a loaner to use but it was filthy! There was trash all over, food on the seats, random items in the back. Typically my car is cleaned when I get an oil change, so I was a little disappointed that it didn’t happen this time. I was also told my car was ready & would be out front “in a few minutes.” Twenty minutes I was a little disappointed that it didn’t happen this time. Purchased a vehicle here last April, this was my first visit for oil change, tire rotation and normal inspection. I arrived slightly early, but because of the simplicity of the work to be performed they w visit for oil change, tire rotation and normal inspection. This was my first time working with the service department of this dealership, other than the close quarters entering and leaving the service department, I was pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Tried to get money out of programming my transmission. Took in for transmission shutter. Per bulletin replace fluid. Then you said it needed reprogrammed and it would cost 200 dollars. Then after arguing about it you decided to not charge. My good friend who is a gmc service manager said they do these fluid changes all day long every day and never reprogrammed transmission. So why were you trying to squeeze more money out of me. I will not bring my truck back to your service department and will not buy my next truck from you either. How many other customers have payed for this and it's not needed. Shame on your company More
