My reason for four stars rather than five stars is primarily due to process. I found that everyone was very helpful and trying to do everything they could to help me along with this transaction. However it seemed like everyone was trying to do everything at once and so I found myself being passed from one person to another person in the middle of I’ll give an activity. For instants, while trying to tell me about the vehicle and setting up some of the technical stuff in the middle of that I went to see the finance guy. It would be better to complete one area before moving onto the next. There was no problem with the actual people trying to help me. More

The actual technicians and mechanics seem to do a good job. I know that the onboard diagnostics are excellent but have noticed that the advisors may not be as proactive as they once were when it comes to job.
