Everyone was polite and greeted me when I came in. I’m still having problems with the radio/infotainment and it changing stations on its own. Required 4 attempts to repair my issue, also charged for a warranty issue. I can't recommend this dealership. I understand the complexity of today's vehicles, however being told to repeatedly "drive it for a warranty issue. I can't recommend this dealership. Please do NOT waste your time and money at this dealership. My husband and I bought brand new GMCs in February 2020. In July, the sunroof on my new 2020 Terrain started opening & closing on its own dealership. My husband and I bought brand new GMCs in February 2020. In July, the sunroof on my new 2020 Terrain started opening & closing on its own. I brought my car to them, they said the sunroof wouldn't open, they had to order a new part & sent me back home with my car. On my way home, the sunroof opened and wouldn't shut. Since it was about to be a weekend with rain, I called back and asked if I could bring my car back to them since I don't have a garage to put it in. They said yes, gave me a loaner, and sent me on my way. TWO WEEKS LATER, they call me to tell me that my car is ready, and upon pickup, they tell me they had left the car parked outside that weekend, the sunroof had opened, and it was rained in all weekend. They sent me home with my car with a "detailing".. My butt was literally still wet & there were puddles of water in the seat pockets the next morning when I brought my car back to them & told them this was not going to be okay and they needed to do something to right the situation. They say they "replaced all the carpets & seat foams" in the car, however, now 4 months later, the inside of my windows are fogging up again and they are telling me this is just "normal" due to our environment. Please don't be a fool like me and believe that this place has your best interest at heart. All I wanted was for them to take responsibility for their actions & actual help me out. However, all they keep doing is putting off blame. I literally brought them back a 5 month old car with a part that went out and got back a car that had been stewing in rain water in July for a 3 day weekend. I'm very disappointed in this place & will definitely never be going back to them again. More
