I attempted to get my oil changed at Robert Brogden, but left before my service began because there was a plethora of people not wearing masks, and there was nowhere to wait while social distancing. I complained to management, and was assured they would comply with our state and county mandates if I returned. Sadly, this is not the case. When I dropped off my car and picked it up, a variety of employees still wear no mask. This ignorance is why the pandemic will not end. I’m tired and disgusted. It’s evident that Robert Brogden is not, and as a result we will be forced to take our business elsewhere. More

I was stranded in Kansas City. The tow truck driver delivered me to the dealership and I had already talked to Kristie Brown. It was 4:30 PM when I got there and I was amazed that Kristie and Allison delivered me to the dealership and I had already talked to Kristie Brown. It was 4:30 PM when I got there and I was amazed that Kristie and Allison took charge and got their best two mechanics to diagnose and fix my pickup in about an hour and I was on my way. Problem was the ground wire and hot wire to the coil. I had called 4 other dealerships in the area before I talked to Kristie and the response from them was that I would have to wait anywhere from 1 to 4 days before they would be able to look at my vehicle. More
