Long time customer of service department with over 35 years of using GM products and services. Robert Brogden's service department is no where close to the standards of other dealer service departments years of using GM products and services. Robert Brogden's service department is no where close to the standards of other dealer service departments I have dealt with over the years. Extremely disappointed that a GMC Denali product would experience a catastrophic engine failure at 80,00 miles and even more disappointed by how the service department dealt with the problem. More

Service exceeded my expectations - was completed faster than I expected. All the service staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. Allison was my service advisor and tried to help me with some addi than I expected. All the service staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. She looked up service advisories without asking and scheduled a follow-up service to get my truck back into the shop. More
