Purchase of new van We buy cars and often we are under pressure from the sales people. Push you in to the sale, jerk you around on the trade. The sale price was honored, no surprises, the trade was honored at mid kelly wholesale just as it should be. Our only issue was financing. Chrysler finance closed at 5, an we have to drive back there 150 miles to sign the papers when the bank opens. The sales people james and april where great. More

The finance department not so much, when they found out I wanted to refinance my Jeep for a lower interest The sales rep that I worked with was great! The finance department not so much, when they found out I wanted to refinance my Jeep for a lower interest rate with my insurance company and that they would have to refund my gap check. They’re attitude totally changed. Now I understand that was money coming out of there pockets again but I had to do what was best for myself and because of the difficulties I went through, I probably wouldn’t finance a car through this dealership. More

Since moment of inception, Kody Latham was a breeze to work with. He greeted my girlfriend and I with a firm handshake and a can do attitude that had our best intentions at the forefront of his mind vs what can he get out of this transaction. His approach is comparable to when I have a doctor visit. Through a series of questions and basically getting an MRI on our situation/goal, he guided us into a mutually beneficial decision that led Andrea and I to making a $50,000 purchase with zero regrets. His follow through didn’t stop at the sale, he has since called her and I to ask how we are enjoying the SUV and how he appreciates doing business with us. Kody Latham is not just a “sales guy” he’s an adviser when it comes to making large purchases for your family transportation. I highly recommend using this dealship and Kody Latham if you are in the market now or 6-12 months from now. Thank you Roberson Motors for having top notch service and advisers. We will be back soon! Excellent Car Buying Experience I recently decided to look for a 89 to 91 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. I went online and saw a few but I spotted one on the Carfax site that was located at a I recently decided to look for a 89 to 91 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. I went online and saw a few but I spotted one on the Carfax site that was located at a dealer in Oregon. That was along way from my home in Vermont, but I inquired about the vehicle's availability. Within 5 minutes, I got a call from Kody Latham, telling me about this Grand Wagoneer. He said that he would send me a video so that I could hear it run and see more detail on the condition of the car. 15 minutes later, I got a nice personalized video of the car. I was in between assignments and decided that I need to go out for an inspection and a test drive. Before I made my travel arrangements, we agreed on a conditional sale price. I booked my flight, and arrived at the dealership at our agreed to time. The vehicle was in the showroom. I did the walk around, we took her out for a test drive. I noted a few things that I wanted fixed. We then made arrangements to put the vehicle up on a lift so I could take a close look at the undercarriage. While waiting for a bay to be open, I had a chat with the owner, Michael Roberson, who told me about the family business and his person 1970 Cuda convertible. Nice chat. The mechanic who had done some work on the 1989 SUV, to fix some normal leaks from the oil pan and differential, walked me through the work that was done and what they checked.. The car checked out and we had an agreement to do a wheel alignment, fix the battery charging issue and replace a rear turn signal bulb.. I completed the sale and left the dealership on my way back home. By the time I got back home, the next day, I got an email saying that all the repairs had been completed. The next day, Kody sent me a video showing the wheel alignment, replaced the battery with a new one that fixed the charging issue, and the working turn signal. Great follow-up. Very rare today in the car buying business. Now I am awaiting the car transporter to bring my Grand Wagoneer home. Thanks for everything, Kody! More
