Wonderful experience, professional and kind personnel I came into Roberson’s dealership without a whole lot of expectations. I knew that my credit was bad (actually awful), and wasn’t too sure about even I came into Roberson’s dealership without a whole lot of expectations. I knew that my credit was bad (actually awful), and wasn’t too sure about even trying to see what my options were. But I called and spoke with James, who convinced me to just give it a try. I was admittedly apprehensive, but I decided to give it a go. When we met, he gave me realistic options and really walked me through the entire process (several different times). We had a few hiccups on my end after we found a vehicle (due to my poor credit), but instead of simply giving up on me, he sought other options. To make a long story short, because of his patience and incredible professionalism not only was I able to actually get into a vehicle, but I was able to get into a brand new Jeep with low monthly payments and almost $10,000 in rebates. To be totally honest, i’ve had my share of shady interactions with different people at dealerships. Everyone knows that old reputation of the car salesman. But James truly is the total opposite of that. He treated me as an individual, not as a sale. He made a point to make my kids feel welcome, he was incredibly patient with us during the times I had to ask him the same questions time after time. He went above and beyond for us, and I truly can’t say enough positive things about him, or about Roberson’s. Had it been any, other person at any, other dealership, I more than likely would have left empty handed. But because he chose to try to help me, he was able to get a sale, and my kids and I are able to have a vehicle that I’m still in awe with. So thank you, James. And thank you, Roberson Jeep. Easy and no pressure Came in for a test drive been to like 15 other dealerships in the last month. Trying to find the one that would fit are needs.
