They performed the impossible!! So I decided to check out what was so great about Roberson finally after 3 coworkers, my mother in law and cousin have all got decked out in a brand n So I decided to check out what was so great about Roberson finally after 3 coworkers, my mother in law and cousin have all got decked out in a brand new 2019 in the last year. I tried dipping my foot in to test the waters to peer at what their inventory online looked like and when I saw nothing older than a 2016 in stock, i figured there would be nothing i would be able to afford or qualify and said forget it. I soon received an email and then a txt wondering how my shopping was going and that April at Roberson would love to help.....I did not respond because I didnt want to waste anyone's time. After a couple weeks and another txt, I let April know my situation so she could move on; which she just let me know that Roberson's works with all people in diff financial situations and welcomed me in to check things out. This visit took place on Tuesday late in the day but today is Wednesday and I'll let you know I LOVE MY 2019 Chrysler Pacifica!!!! Joe in finance department worked hard for me and even showed me a game changing trick or two with looking at my #s, April knew what would fit my lifesyle/kids, thinking of future family needs by picking this ride out (not to mention working earlier than her original scheduled shift today for me!), and Maagie made finalizing paperwork painless with laughs and smiles thrown in for free! Mark Whittington Made My Experince I arrived an Roberson Motors on a quest to find a new vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I received a warm greeting from Mark Whittington, of c I arrived an Roberson Motors on a quest to find a new vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I received a warm greeting from Mark Whittington, of course at first I was stand offish, trying to keep the "sales guy" at an arms length. I was pleasantly surprised by Mark, he had a calm demeanor and was well disposition. He walked me around, acted as my compass, and gave me the lay of the land. He allowed me to explore with no pressure. When I was done exploring and locked my eyes on a Jeep Cherokee Mark took me on a test drive and was a beacon of knowledge when it came to that beautiful Jeep Cherokee that I was so desiring. He read me well and spoke to the safety features of the vehicle. He covered everything from the test crashes to the fun features such as the heated seats and numerous technological features. When it came time to sit down and talk about the financing, I was a bit shocked by the sticker price (i.e. the monthly payments). Mark went above the call of duty and was able to get me into the car I wanted at a price point I needed. He helped me through the negotiation process and gave me a champaign car on my beer budget. Once we were done with financing, he show cased the vehicle and helped me dial in all the settings, AFTER HOURS!! Mark then sent me on my way and provided a warm follow up call. I was impressed by the initial experience but even more so afterwards. After the purchase no-one knows how things will play out once you drive off the lot. I had the unfortunate experience of getting a flat tire my first week of having the vehicle. So who did I call in my moment of distress ? Triple AAA, my father, no I called Mark !?! Mark picked up on the first ring, he walked me through road side assistance, how to get my vehicle towed, and even followed up with me and made sure he was an advocate of me in the service department. Roberson Motors replaced my tire free of charge, thanks to Mark. I cannot say enough about Mark, his ability to connect and read people, but even more importantly how he deal my situation after I drove off the lot. This speaks volumes to his character. It is without hesitation that I would recommend my family and friends to Mark Whittington. He wasn't just there for the sale, he was there to support my safety, and well being after the transaction. Rather it was a genuine form of coming together on a deal that both benefited the buyer and the business. They communicate effectively and returned all my calls in a timely manner and fully answered every single question I had.
