We were in quite a pickle with our Jeep Liberty (not purchased at Roberson) where our Skyslider was unable to be fixed at the manufacturer level. Roberson’s Service Manager understood that we weren’t prepared to buy a new vehicle and also understood we were basically stuck with a vehicle that wasn’t fully operational. He immediately connected us with James Dubois and explained the issue and both were very sympathetic to our situation. We scheduled an appointment with James to discuss if there was any way Jeep could get us in to a new vehicle and keep us as customers. We were incredibly skeptical and a bit salty about the whole situation. We met with James and further explained our situation where he expressed his greatest sympathies. Long story long, James and the sales team at Robersons exceeded our expectations and we drove away in our dream Jeep. So looking forward to the trails and camping this summer! More
