He was very knowledgeable, asked lots of great probing questions to make sure I got what I wanted, and he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the entire process. Because of him, this was the best car buying experience I've had. Upon test driving my 3rd option, I immediately loved it! John and I went back to the office to sign the paperwork. Maggie, a business manager, handled my financial paperwork. What an amazingly thorough and genuine manager; she's a great asset! She explained everything efficiently and quickly without making me feel rushed. We even exchanged several laughs and I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with her. Both John and Maggie made this purchasing experience a cut above the rest! I never felt like I was being misguided, and I'm fully confident they were both doing everything possible to make my experience 5 star and as inexpensive as they could.
