He answered our questions honestly and fairly and wasn’t afraid to point out small issues with the vehicle that might need attention after the purchase (should we choose to do so). Mark kept us informed and involved in every step of the process and even checked in on us to make sure we got home okay (due to icy and snowy weather). Keep in mind, all car dealerships have to make some profit to stay in business but, in our case, the folks there at Roberson were willing to entertain offers on the vehicle and came down in price a bit as well as offering a fair amount for our trade in to help us fit the Wrangler into our budget.
