Constant lies ! Purchased a 2015 Jeep trail hawk. It’s currently at Roberson’s shop for the 6th time, for the same issue. Issues started at 10k miles. Vehicles cr Purchased a 2015 Jeep trail hawk. It’s currently at Roberson’s shop for the 6th time, for the same issue. Issues started at 10k miles. Vehicles crash mitigation system falsely activating with nothing in front of the vehicle, resulting in Jeep brake unnecessarily. Camera replaced and issues still persists. I feel jerked around and taken advantage of. All Roberson wants to do is sell me another car. My Jeep has been in the shop for almost 4 weeks with No date for part. (FCA said maybe 29th) I’ve been given the constant run around. One service advisers best solution was, “Don’t you wish the thing would catch fire?” No, I wish you wouldn’t have sold me a crappy car! After a month in the shop, Roberson is returning my vehicle without a remedy for the crash mitigation system that falsely activated when not needed. Putting me and my children at risk of a collision. They’ve slapped in another part to “fix” the transmissions issues but this is only their sixth attempt to fix that issue. More

Frustrating I took my jeep in for a seatbelt light remaining on while driving and buckled. 24 hours and a new drivers seatbelt we weee back with the same issue. The service manager has limited communication from his service writer so it's hard to convey the issues. They took care of the rental for us which was a big help but I'm still frustrated. This car is 2 months old and I shouldn't be having this many issues. More
