Very Friendly I visited this dealer a few times for oil changes and tire rotations while visitng family in Idabel, OK, which isnt too far from there. The staff is very nice and wait time was very short. Also, oil changes are drastically cheaper here!! Only 29.95 plus tax for an oil change and tire rotation, using Toyota oil and filter!! Back home this normall costs around 65.00-70.00 out the door! During my second visit, I ran into a little issue. I live about an hour away from this dealer and didn't have much time to spare. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and transmission oil change as well. After my invoice was ready, the advisor said that they got the oil change and tires rotated and that I was "good to go..." yet never mentioned the transmission service I requested. Turns out it was never written up from the beginning...the service manager was very understanding and offered to do the service on my next visit free of charge. I thought that was sufficient enough, despite the fact that I still had to drive another 5,000 miles before getting it done. In hindsight, I'm sure it was just a minor mistake, being overlooked. Im not sure how these guys rank as a dealer for buying a new car, but their service department stinks to high heaven. Not only were they rude and told me they couldn't help me with a "routine" maintenance new car, but their service department stinks to high heaven. Not only were they rude and told me they couldn't help me with a "routine" maintenance because they were too busy, they more than doubled the previous estimate!! All this after I took off a day of work to come in for this! I called the Toyota dealership in Mt. Pleasant and they did everything I needed to get done that very day included replacing my battery and a COMPLIMENTARY detailing! FOR HALF THE PRICE of what Robbins estimated me...Im done with these guys even if I have to drive the extra distance to Mt. Pleasant. More
