Robbins service department sucks. I called set up a recall for an airbag, they called me right back and said don't bring my truck down on the scheduled appointment day we will call you when your part c recall for an airbag, they called me right back and said don't bring my truck down on the scheduled appointment day we will call you when your part comes in. Three months later, J Pauley said my part was in at Robbins so they couldn't do the recall. Hmm still no call from Robbins. Won't ever service my vehicles here again. Oh and no I shouldn't have to call them I did my part they dropped the ball. More

Great people I went in to get an oil change and have a software update done to my car based on a recall. I ended up leaving there with a brand new Toyota Prius. Service Manager? I happen to be in from out of town and needed service for my 4Runner. Once service was complete I was told I needed a new tire and an air filter on m I happen to be in from out of town and needed service for my 4Runner. Once service was complete I was told I needed a new tire and an air filter on my 2018 vehicle. I was told the air filter was not covered by the Toyota warranty, but when I asked about it further I was provided no reason as why it was not. “I’m not sure”, the sales representative said. While I’m looking at the tire that I was told needed replaced for well over $300.00, the service mechanic also stated he found it was odd the air filter was not covered since he replaced them for free on 2108 Tacomas and Camarys. I once again asked why I was being charged for the air filter, and once again the service representative could not offer an answer and said he would ask Mike Roberts, the “sales manager”. After several minutes the service rep returns with a yellow post-it note with a 1-800 number for Toyota Coporate scribbled on it, since Mr. Roberts also had no idea why this basic part was not covered by the new-car warranty. So much for professional knowledge and service. He could not even be bothered to come address my concerns and questions in person, which was even more shocking. What seemed even more off was I was the third vehicle owner approached with problems not covered by Toyota’s renowned warranty while I was there. Frankly, these apparently staged vehicle issues are why people term these people as thieves and dealerships like this “stealerships”. The simple lesson, I am glad I did not by my vehicle here, Mike Roberts doesn’t seem to know much about his job, and am glad I will only be confronted by these unexplained, expensive issues this one time. Way to go Robbin’s Toyota! Not even one of your employees could answer whether this business was locally owned or not. Please do better by the vehicle brand I love. Also, if you’re thinking about buying a car or truck here, or just having it serviced here, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. These people have no clue what they’re doing, particularly Mike Roberts. More
Surprise buy To my surprise I went in for a minor repair, and oil change, and ended up with a new truck. Everyone, Jessica, Tanya, and Ricky were all very nice. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE EXPERIENCE I was extremely disappointed in the Service Department at Robbins Toyota. My ABS Braking System failed and multiple warning lights and messages came o I was extremely disappointed in the Service Department at Robbins Toyota. My ABS Braking System failed and multiple warning lights and messages came on my 2009 Highlander Hybrid. Robbins ran a diagnostic test and stated an accumulator would solve my problem. Also, the repair would have a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Robbins charger $2287 for the repair. The repair lasted only 2 days before the identical problem reoccurred. I expected Robbins would take care of my problem. I was shocked when I was told Robbins would not take care of the problem, but that an actuator, which is right by the accumulator would now solve my problem. The actuator repair cost would be $3596 (this would be in addition to the $2287, I had already paid). After discussions with Toyota Corporation and Robbins, they lowered their price 3 times to $1535 which they said was their cost. Robbins also said I would have to pay the money before the attempted repair. I declined the offer because Robbins had not lived up to their previous promise and that I had no confidence in their ability. I do not recommend that anyone do business with Robbins Service Department. More
