Most AMAZING Car Buying Experience EVER!! #TEAMSNYDERALLTHEWAY - Let me just say this was not the first dealership I had been to in the last couple of weeks, but I PLAN ON IT BEING MY NEXT, LA #TEAMSNYDERALLTHEWAY - Let me just say this was not the first dealership I had been to in the last couple of weeks, but I PLAN ON IT BEING MY NEXT, LAST & ONLY!! "Team Snyder" only caught me because I got a message about tornado warning & stopped to read it when I pulled in the lot...I was trying to get in and out unnoticed because I really just did not have the strength to be bullied into some car, loan or payment that was not right for me, I was hot and tired and just wanted to see if the vehicle was actually there and I would come back tomorrow!! I had found several "good deals" online over the last couple of month's, but magically...they ALL "just sold" when I would check on them...but...alas...they now have your email and are positive if you just tell them your payment range, they can get you into something! :) I did finally find a vehicle I really liked and I did the dreaded paperwork and held my breath (if you have less than perfect credit, you understand)...BOOM...YOU QUALIFY...at a mere astronomical percentage rate, more than enough to pay all your monthly bills worth of down payment, all the little "extras we can tack on", the payment just over what you are "comfortable" with and in just a few short 66 months, this baby is yours!!!!!NO THANK YOU! I am struggling with credit, but I am not desperate! I am a woman, but I am not blind to numbers! I am trying to build my credit and make this process a little less painless the next time around...and yes...I want A/C :/ Soooo...enter sweet Carla of "Team Snyder"!! I do not know why she did not just run away because I am sure the look on my face was not pleasant...God, I am sure that's why...she told me the Buick I had seen online was in fact there...I was shocked...then she asked a couple of questions, introduced me to the other half of "Team Snyder", her mom, Martha who has been at Robbins Toyota 15 years(15 Y'all) and said the dreaded words "let's pull your credit and see what we are working with"...I'm shamefully thinking, "here we go again, just like all the rest"(sorry Ladies...my apologies)...y'all, the process moved so fast once we started, I wasn't getting any numbers on the vehicle, they questioned my down payment, needed my pay stub, and again, shamefully so, I am thinking "rail-roading"...then here comes the Finance Manager...you know the smooth talker that "adds it all up for you"...in the room, door closed (so no one else can hear your possibly colorful language when they give you the details I presume)...He turned the papers toward me...told me the amount & length (NOT 66 Months) of the payment and I am pretty sure I stopped breathing and said something crazy like "did you do that right"(I had already checked my handy dandy car loan calculator...set at the highest possible interest and tax rates) The payment was $115 lower than I had set as my "comfortable"...the interest rate was no where near what the others could "get" me...I was straight up FLOORED!! Like I wanted to sign and get out before they figured out their mistakes?? A very similar priced vehicle to the last I qualified for, for $115 less than what I was "comfortable" with, THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN A DEALER WHO WORKS FOR YOU!!! THAT IS WHY SHE HAS REPEAT BUSINESS TO SUSTAIN HER 15 YEARS!!! THAT IS WHY I PLAN TO ALWAYS RETURN TO "TEAM SNYDER" at ROBBINS TOYOTA!! I cannot express my gratitude enough to God for putting in the path of Carla, Martha & Ricky!! I just can not say a single bad thing about the whole experience...in a little over 2 hours I was driving in my new to me, air conditioned, fully loaded, top of the line from leather to hands free talking, Buick Encore!!! Now... I can't wait to get this paid off and go back for the Toyota of my dreams...and Martha, I will need that one in black as well!! Thank you AGAIN for the most AMAZING Car Buying Experience I have ever had!!! God Bless!! More

Wes actually called Brandon who was on his lunch break so the transfer went so well. I can tell you have a really good sales team. Men who are respectful not just to customers but to one another and that matters a lot. After that it was a whole lot of fun!!! Brandon is the best back seat car salesman!!! He’s funny but not too “over the top” He knows how to let the customer enjoy the ride and give technical info in the right balance!! More car salesman need balance like that. Either they joke way too much and it seems dangerous like you might wreck or they’re stiff personalities only talking specs (boring). I’m sure you know all this but seriously it’s rare to get a good car salesman who can be both! Thanks Brandon!! And thank you Robbins!! We LOVE our Toyota Camry!! Only hangup we had is the speed and intensity Ricky went through the financials with us. Money talk is a little too serious to move that fast on even if you are all excited and happy.
