Poor communication. I would rather be offended with Poor communication. I would rather be offended with honesty than feel like I'm being played for a commission. I dont want to hear "I don't know" or "I'm not sure" as an answer to all of my already researched questions from my consultant. I want to know my consultant knows something about what they are trying to sell me. We needed to buy a car that day and understand our situation was unusual, these facts did not make an already frustrating car buying day any easier.
