My wife and I were looking for a used car and of course like all other previous cars we had purchased before, it was a huge investment for us. I had done lots of car research and had finally came to my own like all other previous cars we had purchased before, it was a huge investment for us. I had done lots of car research and had finally came to my own conclusion that Toyota’s we’re definitely one of the best cars to have. So after an initial Google search, and finding Robbin’s Toyota, we came to the dealership. We were warmly greeted by Mr. Brandon Crawford, who was standing outside of the doors. We told him our needs and he listened. I believe that is what makes a great salesperson is listening. Many salespeople are focused on speaking. They tend to prep themselves to have the right phrases, sentences and verbiage to make the sale. Selling cars is easy if you just listen to the customer. The customer will tell you what they want. So after listening to us, he recommended a car that he believed would fit our needs, and he was right. It was the perfect car for the perfect price. He answered the questions about the car, let us look over it as much as we wanted, and if he didn’t have the answer, he found someone who did. After agreeing to purchase the car, he was thorough and swift with all the documents and made it painless. He was great to work with and above all made us feel comfortable. That’s important as well, is making sure the customers are mentally comfortable with their purchase. Furthermore, there was another lady whom I have forgotten her name, but I believe she was in charge of the financial duties, did an amazing job as well. She was patient, explained all things, and quite knowledgeable. When we had left the dealership, my wife was very happy. She said that she was inspired so much that she too one day hopes to become a car salesperson. She went on to say how much she would enjoy interacting with other customers as ourselves and helping them. Thank you for everything and we will definitely be future customers again. More
