The best dealership i have ever encountered. We drove 260 miles each way due to the amazing pre sale experience. When i told her i couldn’t get to the dealership on saturday due to my son’s hi school graduation she offered to meet me on sunday despite the dealership being closed; she got me in touch with the finance person the day before i drove down and we took care of everything over the phone. The truck was beautiful and impeccably detailed when i arrived and was ready for me to drive it off. This am Ginger asked for the number for our insurance company so she could let them know of the new vehicle to be insured. We had never had this type of sales experience ever. My wife and i both remarked we will only shop at Robbins Toyota in the future. It is a drive for us (520miles total) but the sales experience was well worth it! More
