Great customer service and communications skills. I was dreading the thought of having to buy a new vehicle after driving the same one for 22 years. She listened to my concerns and walked me through the entire process. Being a veterinarian for 40 years buying a new truck was like a severe trauma to my body and mind. Martha had Carla ( Her extremely smart ,sweet and understanding daughter) helped me learn the new technology. Since I was in another state, her timely calls, emails and texts enabled me to make a time-critical decision from a distance. Wesley stepped in for Tanya when she couldn't be there when I came to pick up the car. He got all the paperwork together, helped me compare financing options, and even patiently braved the rain to explain and demonstrate safety features on the new 4Runner. More
