Great customer service and communications skills. I was dreading the thought of having to buy a new vehicle after driving the same one for 22 years. I am not a person that likes change or technology (NO Ce dreading the thought of having to buy a new vehicle after driving the same one for 22 years. She listened to my concerns and walked me through the entire process. Being a veterinarian for 40 years buying a new truck was like a severe trauma to my body and mind. Martha had Carla ( Her extremely smart ,sweet and understanding daughter) helped me learn the new technology. Carla did a fantastic job teaching /communicating to an old dog how to use the new features on my vehicle.
