this was the best experience with a car dealer we have ever had - everyone was so nice to us (and our dog!), and our salesman, james allen, was so knowledgeable about my car. it was new technology for me ever had - everyone was so nice to us (and our dog!), and our salesman, james allen, was so knowledgeable about my car. it was new technology for me and he was very patient in explaining the features to me. besides being really nice, i appreciate the manner he used in communicating with me via email, listening to what i was looking for/what i needed, following up without the hard-sell approach or pressure i have experienced so many other times - just a real gentleman with a great product. rick riddle was great, too - i enjoyed meeting him! i would not hesitate to make the drive to this dealership again in the future!
