When looking for a Rav4, I had a great experience working with Ray at Robbins Toyota. I'm from the Dallas area where other dealers were telling me I'd likely not get a car anytime soon, expect to pay a premi with Ray at Robbins Toyota. This was 3 highly-rated dealers in my area that didn't seem to want to play ball. When I reached out to Ray, he immediately shot me numbers, estimated delivery date, full workup on a deal, and a way to move forward with a deposit. I live 3 hours from Robbins, but we were off to the races and in business with just a phone & email few exchanges. We got the deal done, I drove out to the dealership when the car came in about 4 months later (everything as expected), and there were NO surprises or funny business at the dealership - not from Ray nor Ricky in finance or anything. It all went off without a hitch. Ray and Robbins Toyota are top notch. I took a gamble on these guys site unseen and 3 hours out of my way but it was totally worth it. I'd buy from them again and highly recommend you give them a chance at your business. More
