They did not have the car we wanted, but after finding one, we were able to pick it up on Sat. It is beautiful, and so luxurious. Very Friendly I visited this dealer a few times for oil changes and tire rotations while visitng family in Idabel, OK, which isnt too far from there. The staff is very nice and wait time was very short. Also, oil changes are drastically cheaper here!! Only 29.95 plus tax for an oil change and tire rotation, using Toyota oil and filter!! Back home this normall costs around 65.00-70.00 out the door! During my second visit, I ran into a little issue. I live about an hour away from this dealer and didn't have much time to spare. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and transmission oil change as well. After my invoice was ready, the advisor said that they got the oil change and tires rotated and that I was "good to go..." yet never mentioned the transmission service I requested. Turns out it was never written up from the beginning...the service manager was very understanding and offered to do the service on my next visit free of charge. I thought that was sufficient enough, despite the fact that I still had to drive another 5,000 miles before getting it done. In hindsight, I'm sure it was just a minor mistake, being overlooked. More
