Worst place. Scamming customers to get you in the door. I was in a terrible accident 1 week and a half ago. Needed a new vehicle asap and did research on safe cars which Nissan is one of them. My husband and I called several Nissan dealers in Houston and they all let us know there was a 3-4,000 markup due to chip shortage. He called Robbins Nissan and April answered the phone, since we saw a 2021 Rogue for a great price online we called. We confirmed the price with her over the phone and she said yes that is the price with NO MARK UP’s!! Wow, I was so happy we told her we were coming to look at it and possibly purchase it that day. I was so happy, unfortunately when we got their April went home despite telling us she would be there and to ask for her. Some young man that stated he was only there for 2 months said he would take care of us and he knew nothing about the car when we asked questions. We let him know we would be putting down more than half down and finance the rest. He then got his boss is what he said Leo who told us the car was 10,000 dollars more than the internet price. He was rude to my husband and told him the internet price was incorrect and when we asked for April he told us not to worry about her. He said we will never find a car for below MSRP and with no markup, due to the chip shortage. I was upset at how the lied and how rude Leo was so after an hour of going back and fourth and time wasted. We left back to cypress upset that I was lied to. Leo said April omitted the correct price to get us in the door but that the car was 40 k. Horrible dealership, after that experience I didn’t even want a Nissan at all. Guess what Leo you were wrong we did get a car for under MSRP and no mark up. Demontrond Mazada helped us and I got a new car with all the bells and whistles . So don’t shop here please do your research and walk away if they lie to you. Lost a sale because I was ready to buy too bad. More
Can't speak to the dealership as a whole, parts department is terrible. Worst customer service I've seen from a dealer. Hanging up on a customer? Poor service. Representative would not provide update on time for my appointment when asked. When I asked again I was just told “soon”. An oil change should never take 2 hours on an appointment.
