They provided information that I needed and answered my questions to help me make the decisions; I really appreciate that they never over-promote anything. Tim was very patient with my questions and requests and very responsive to my emails. Brady is very knowledgeable about money stuffs and helped me with sorting out how the payments can be done. I had friends going to the shop with me on each of the two occasions and they both think these people at Robbins are honest people who didn't try to fool me just because I have no idea what was going on. I agree that I feel comfortable shopping for cars there because they were NEVER OVER-polite; they know what they are doing and they explain things to me so that besides getting a car that I like, I also learnt a lot in the process. Tim didn’t give up even when the circumstances seemed impossible to change. At the end of the day we left very happy and in a much better position than whenever we came in. It is very apparent that his priority is making sure that people are taken care of and satisfied. There was no rushing or pushing in different unwanted directions. I dropped in early this morning, unannounced, with a dead vehicle, and asked if they would have time to take a look. Josh responded with "We'll make time." When was the last time you ever heard ANY service professional say that to you? I live 30 minutes outside Manhattan, and this vehicle problem would have been a major inconvenience for me; they had my vehicle up and running in less than 1.5 hrs. I can't say enough good things about the service folks at Robbins Motors! Thank you!!! More

More importantly, he listened carefully to what we wanted and went straight to making it happen. He completely changed our attitude on car salesmen and had us in an amazing car before we knew it, with a very fair price to boot. And it all took less than an hour to drive off the lot.
