I can't speak about the sales or service staff, but I most certainly can speak about collision. This has been a long journey since I was hit head on while driving my 2020 Camaro. My vehicle was taken to Robbins Chevrolet for repair. My expectations were high, but reality quickly set in. The job they did was absolutely awful. There were gaps, holes, and misalignments everywhere. Nothing fit right. My car looked hideous. I got on them several times to correct their shotty work, and each time the service manager, Doug Boss would make excuses and tell me it was the best they were going to get it. I was mortified. I gave up and asked to speak to the general manager, Jimmy Stallings. He proceeded to tell me xxxx happens and to get over it. This vehicle eventually ended up at Sullivans Paint and Body where my pride and joy came back looking brand new. All of the things that Robbins told me could not be fixed. Robbins even put the wrong tire on my Camaro. Instant driving hazard. To this day the only thing Jimmy Stallings can say is he does not care. I tried to get him to look into what happened and he threw me out of his office. So, I have pictures of everything should anyone be interested. Stay away from these people. More
