My truck was scratched during the service. I spoke several times with the service manager, Mike Mayeaux, to get this situation resolved but to no avail. We sat together and watched the video of the truck showing thst the scratch was not on the truck when it was pulled in but he cannot show me one without the scratch when leaving. I will now pursue legal recourse to resolve this issue. More

Do not buy from this dealership. They had a truck listed online, I called about it, confirmed it was there, made an appointment and came to see it. Once I was there and done checking They had a truck listed online, I called about it, confirmed it was there, made an appointment and came to see it. That’s when they informed me that the price was not correct online and that I should have confirmed before, when I explained that I already had confirmed and done everything I was supposed to they went back in the sales office and then came back with a number that was $7000 more than they had it listed for online.
