Do NOT have your vehicle serviced at this dealership! !! After having continuous problems with my company’s 2023 Silverado 1500, I stopped in and spoke with the Service Manager Mike Mayeux and explained m !! After having continuous problems with my company’s 2023 Silverado 1500, I stopped in and spoke with the Service Manager Mike Mayeux and explained my situation. He said that he would be happy to diagnose and repair the truck and would like to earn our fleet business. After receiving an his e-mail to bring the truck in, we dropped the truck off including all of the paperwork from previous repairs. It took Robbins Chevrolet 9 days to even look at our truck and this is after explaining to him (prior to drop off) that it was on its 5th battery in a year and would fully drain a battery in 2 days. They wanted to charge $1500 for a starter replacement (nothing was wrong with the starter) or $850 to remove and test the starter. The starter never gave us an issue and was not the problem. I told him no thanks, please replace the 1 month old battery under warranty and we would pick the truck up. At first he agreed, then said there would be $60 fee to install, then recanted and wanted $370 for a new one. I asked him to charge the battery and have the truck in the same drivable condition it was in one month prior when we dropped it off. He refused and said that he would begin charging a $65 “storage” fee per day. Later that day, I made a claim with Chevrolet customer service and was instructed to keep the truck at Robbins Chevy while they looked into the matter. It’s been exactly 2 weeks today and Customer Care has been zero help. My company nor my family will ever purchase a Chevrolet product again. *I have all of the emails to back up my claims. More
