I had to wait entirely too long for my vehicle at the Robbins collision center because of a back ordered part. This is on GM. My vehicle was in the shop from 4/3/22 to 5/25/22. That’s 52 days and unaccep Robbins collision center because of a back ordered part. This is on GM. My vehicle was in the shop from 4/3/22 to 5/25/22. That’s 52 days and unacceptable. I lost over $1,000 in rental car fees because I had to pay for 22 days that my insurance company didn’t cover. I’m very disappointed and I will not be buying anymore vehicles from GM in the future nor will I be using their services. To say I’m very disappointed is an understatement! More
Addressed one of the three check engine light codes I asked them to take care then called me to pick it up with the check engine light still on. Can't get them on the phone either. This is the worst dealership in whole of US. Lacks integrity. Last month (April 2022), I bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander over valued at 31k from them, they advertised the vehicle as clean title Lacks integrity. Last month (April 2022), I bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander over valued at 31k from them, they advertised the vehicle as clean title, and I made the purchase online. But when the vehicle was delivered to me in Dallas Tx, there was an obvious massive unreported damage on the driver side and the entire side had been poorly repainted. The driver seat was broken. When u drive the car, there is so much noise and breeze coming from outside. All efforts to contact them was not helpful. I immediately tried to trade it in at other dealerships in Dallas and was offered range of 23k pointing at the damages. I have videos of the vehicle showing the damages and will post them here if it let me. I want the world to know that this dealership have no integrity. Do not deal with them. I’m really sad and will fight them with all I’ve got. More

I arrived 47 minutes before my appt. I was second person but I was first in the line that I was in. When the garage doors were opened at 7 the guy that was first and I drove our vehicles I was second person but I was first in the line that I was in. I guy needing parts came to the service area was accepted. I was told to wait on Alex who just help the first guy. Alex came in told me it would be a minute and went out. I waited at his seat Desk. When he came back, he. Told me to step aside and waited on a lady who had arrive after me. Two other clerks arrived and in walks another customer and they took him with me standing right there waiting. I got in my car back it out and left. For 16 years, we have purchased a new car at Robbins every 2 years driving from Splendora. Robbins, you lost thus family! More
