I was going to give a bad review this morning. But the manager , I dont know his name changed my mind. I’ve becoming here for a little over a year . I have had 2 major issues. One that resulting i But the manager , I dont know his name changed my mind. I’ve becoming here for a little over a year . I have had 2 major issues. One that resulting in them refunding me back $1000 plus and then giving me the wrong service due to a mix up by the service representative. Both issues were fixed pretty quickly. The service is immaculate. I am kind of hesitant on going back because of these mistakes. This is our family car and it needs to be as safe as I Can possibly make it. I want to personally thank Kirk & the manager for quickly rectifying both situations. More

My truck just stopped and we were stranded in Overland Park Ks. The truck was towed to Rob Sight Ford and they worked hard to get it fixed the next day so we could travel back home. This dealership has been extremely easy to work with through the years. The service department is great. They do their best to get your car together n the shop as soon as possible and always work with y through the years. The service department is great.
