Engine light came on, Kirk worked me in the next day. Erik advised car needed new brakes. I had a guarantee on the brake pads, and he would try to resurface the rotors if possible. Dave handled my situation perfectly. He knew likely the problem as I described it, set expectations accordingly about price and timeline.
