Brought in my daughter's 2002 Ford Focus for repair. Within 2 hours, they called me, and had diagnosed the problem as a bad ignition coil. Impressive customer service, my first experience here. I phone shopped prior to making an appointment here and was impressed with Craig's service prior to my arrival. He took the time to itemize estimated charges for me and made sure all my questions were answered straightforward not vaguely as I had encountered with other repair centers during my phone research. Then throughout my service at Rob Sight I was educated and informed of the proceedings. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and made us feel welcome but not patronized. I know I have now found a genuine service outlet where I can feel confident in a fair and honest experience. BTW I have been in customer service myself for 25 years. More
