Brought in my daughter's 2002 Ford Focus for repair. Within 2 hours, they called me, and had diagnosed the problem as a bad ignition coil. Impressive customer service, my first experience here. I phone shopped prior to making an appointment here and was impressed with Craig's service prior to my arrival.
