I really like this dealership and their service department. Have used them since 2007 when I purchased my F150 King Ranch from Used Cars. My late husband and I have been Lincoln/Mercury lesees for at least 15 years. In the three+ years of dealing with Rob Sight Ford/Lincoln, I have never been dissatisfied with the attitude, service and per for at least 15 years. In the three+ years of dealing with Rob Sight Ford/Lincoln, I have never been dissatisfied with the attitude, service and performance of its employees. They are very friendly and the service has always been excellent. Some family members have suggested that I could get the same service for less at a non-dealership service shop. My assurance is that by using the dealership that carries the Ford product I lease at the time, whether I'm in a local or out-of-state need, the attention, repairs and over-all service results in a great experience! Actually this was a return trip to the dealership. I initially came in on May 11, 2011 for service, lube, oil & filter change and tire rotation w/customarily multi-point inspection. When I went on my trip, I experienced a sort of bounce in my steering wheel. Didn't think to much of it at the time but would look into when I returned. Then I went on a shorter trip 200+ miles, I hear a noise coming from either my tires or wheels, so I made an appointment to have it checked out. What we discovered was the technican had inflated the tires to 40 lbs. rather than the recommended 35 lbs. I han't thought to check the air pressure in my tires, since I check them regularly and find the amount of tire pressure does not vary from the 35 lbs as recommended, even in Winter. More

I have dealt with Dave Bryant in the service department for 10 to 15 years and found him to be completely helpful and reliable. Over the years (I am 74) I have had the misfortune to experience indifferent for 10 to 15 years and found him to be completely helpful and reliable. Over the years (I am 74) I have had the misfortune to experience indifferent treatment and outright lying by people at other dealerships, but, from day one at Bob Sight, I have experienced nothing but a high degree of customer service and honesty. I have never had the feeling I was being charged for something I didn't need. I live in an area that abounds with pricy foreign cars and their owners have told me horror stories about the cost of just routine periodic service at those dealers. When I tell them how reasonable the cost of same on my Lincoln is, they cant believe it. I attribute that to an honest dealership with good people, namely Rob Sight. Buy American! More
I took my car in for a standard oil change. I was greeted at my car as soon as I pulled in. Noted the service I had scheduled and directed toward the waiting room. The waiting room had coffee, many magazines, and a large TV for entertainment. After my car was serviced I was shown the check sheet and we discussed a small oil leak to keep an eye on, and the need for new tires within the next six months. My car was then washed, I paid the cashier, and it was left at the front of the bay with the keys inside. Less than an hour. Cost is a little high, I could get an oil change cheaper at one of the "quick change" places. But I like taking it back to the dealer, just so they can check everything over well. Very good service. This dealership offers excellent customer service! I came from a small town where you know the people that you do business with. Not knowing anything about this dealership or anyone there made me a little ne from a small town where you know the people that you do business with. Not knowing anything about this dealership or anyone there made me a little nervous. From the first phone call right through to picking up my vehicle, every employee made me feel welcome and my business appreciated. I will go back to this dealership anytime I need work on my vehicle or need to purchase another one. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. It was awesome! More
