Erik Davidson was extremely helpful and explained the process of my repair in depth and should be commended on an outstanding job! The repair was accomplished in a timely manner and the dealership (service area as well as the showroom and waiting area) were spotless. Parts that were ordered by Andy Cox arrived the same day and were installed. Price was as expected and my overall experience with Rob Sight Ford/Lincoln was far superior to other dealerships I have encountered.
