I really enjoyed my experance with the service and sales part of the dealership. I called JD in service about getting the recalls done on my 2005 F-150 and that I was in the market of a new vehicle and he part of the dealership. I called JD in service about getting the recalls done on my 2005 F-150 and that I was in the market of a new vehicle and he told me to pull up to the service door and he would get me in an get me with a salesman. Within 10 min. of arrival my truck was getting the recalls performe, the talking to Keith then test drove a 2012 fusion SE and Keith is really helpfull with all my questions and told me about the rebates and whai i could get with the X-plan. I will be back to the dealership in 1-3 weeks to get the ball rolling to get the keys to a 2012 fusion. Really like the dealership all together. I asked a couple people how they liked there fusion and one said the love it and when I get down to getting one to go to Rob Sight!!!!! More

My '03 Explorer had to be towed after hours to the dealership. When I called early the next morning, Roger informed me that the car was already being checked out and he would call to let me know wha dealership. I guess he and the service writer were more was more focused on leaving for the day! Each time I have taken my car in for service, only maintenance so far, everyone has been friendly and have answered all my questions and have taken care of all requests.
