I can say on every occasion when I've had to take my truck in for service the staff is courteous. Additionally, I get my truck in and out in about an hour. The waiting room is nice and roomy, with coffee, the current newspaper, and with a variety of magazines to read. During Spring and Summer months it's a nice area to take a walk while I'm waiting. I always take my truck to Rib Sight Ford for servicing because of the staff treats me nice and I feel I get quality service. More

My experience at the Rob Sight (Service Center) over the past three years has always been excellent. The people there are always friendly and responsive to my needs and requests. If I have needed a ride to and from work while my car is being serviced--they come through. My most recent visit was an unscheduled one. I was taken care of quickly and back on my way with peace of mind the repair was done right. Each of the Sales Managers I've worked with fully explains the required service (before and after) and what the cost will be. I live in another city with a Ford/Lincoln dealership and have not had the same positive experience with that service center; so I now only take my business to the Rob Sight location where I know I can trust their word and work.
