I had a MO inspection made and Eric came and told me I needed wiper blaces which I said OK. After returning home I had a message on my answering mach. that they forgot to put the blades on. mark from the body shop miss some things in esimate.then taking longer to fix then told when to pick my suv up after looking at work it wasnt up to par started to voice my opinion to him he became very rude taking longer to fix then told when to pick my suv up after looking at work it wasnt up to par started to voice my opinion to him he became very rude to me and my 9 year old who was with me then told me to pick it up on monday and walked away from me at that point i went into the dealership and ask to speak with a manager talked to rich poe who then told me he would handle the issue and assured me that he would make it right so i waited for the repairs to be corrected after taking longer again to make repairs came up to pick it up again and there was more issues that wasnt properly repaired so took the suv home becoming more frustrated call rich set up a meeting with mark and rich togather came back up again the next day and showed them the issues rich and mark agreed that they needed adressed and then me he told me he needed to order parts and he would call to bring it back again after the parts came in after a week he called and told me to bring back in on that coming monday so doing so it took 4 days to finish the repairs after picked it up it wasnt washed the and so it was kinda of hard to see what was done after the third round of repairs and five trips to the bodyshop it looks okay i was very disappointed about the whole ordeal it was a great inconvenice and had to change my schedules at work and home just to get this thing corrected.after having body work done there before which was much greater in aspect around 6 months ago by then larry the old body shop manager who me keep informed and timelines and progess and preformed seamless repairs and much greater customer service i dont think i would use the body shop again.thanks to rich i think this experience would have end up with me taking my car somewhere else to finish the repairs like tom little from safeco gave me the option to do. More
We are so pleased with Rob Sight Ford! We have purchased two Lincoln MKS's so far from them and love the friendliness, ease, and comfort of the dealership. Yesterday we needed an oil change and were in the area, so we stopped by (without an appt) and they accomodated us by dropping us off at a local restaurant so we could have lunch while they fixed the car. I expect to be treated fairly and with efficiency. I went on to say that if "something's not right -- Rob Sight service makes it right." I am very appreciative that you sent the shop foreman out to my house last week when my car would not start. We were sad that they didn't wash the Suburban before they put the protective coating on the truck. Brought the Suburban in for oil change and to respray the protective coating. I thought the battery installed on the car, 2 1/2 years old, should not have been included in the Warranty (86000+ miles). A battery should be good for at least 3 years. In fact other batteries I have ha old, should not have been included in the Warranty (86000+ miles). A battery should be good for at least 3 years. In fact other batteries I have had have had a 5 or 6 year warranty on them. I went ahead with the Ford battery however in retrospect considering the price I should have gone elsewhere. More

The service staff at Rob sight Ford has been nothing but excellent. We drive around 200 miles each way just to have this team work on our mkx. I went to get an oil/filter change and tires rotated. I have been pleased so far with service but not this time. When my car was done, the windows were down. When I put the windows up, my car smelled of smoke, as if someone had smoked in my car. I had a hard time breathing, as I have asthma. I couldn't even let my kids in the car because of the horrid smells and the stench. I had to drive all the way home with the windows open and air on full blast in the car - needless to say, I was freezing going home because your disrespectful, ignorant, selffish people smoked in my car or smoked a cigarette and then immediately drove my car. If this happens one more time, I am done with this dealership and will let everyone I know know how terrible Rob Sight is as a dealership. Also, I usually get a quality report and a check on fluids, etc. I didn't get this it this time, yet my receipt said things were checked. So, as far as I'm concerned, nothing was done and I am skeptical about my oil change. My car also took 1 hour to complete - this is twice the time I usually wait - probably due to people smoking in my car. I expect an apology and a discount the next time I come for service. If I don't receive any word back on this behavior, I am spreading the word about Rob Sight- Sucks. More
