The reason for the less than perfect scores, if the technician initially stated I needed new tires. The tires only have 31000 miles on them and when Craig went back and checked it again, they were in technician initially stated I needed new tires. Dealings with dealership are always pleasant. High praise to the service department which I deal with approximately 3-4 times per year. I have had paint and body work done which was also a pleasant experienc to the service department which I deal with approximately 3-4 times per year. Most of your customers, and all of your service customers, have contact with this person. She is personable and efficient. You should be getting feedback on her as well. More

Eric was very helpful in getting my problem fixed - a rattle in the heater. I'd purchased my used car from another dealership and it was still under factory warranty.
