I use Rob Sight for service primarily due to location, because of the courtesy and helpfulness of the service department guys(Roger) they have helped retain me as a customer. I was totally taken care of on a "nit pick" item (rear window tint on 2011 Mustang had some slight defects). Craig made the extra effort to photo my "problem", send it to Ford and follow up on item (rear window tint on 2011 Mustang had some slight defects). Craig made the extra effort to photo my "problem", send it to Ford and follow up on it. Ford ending up replacing the entire rear window under warranty. I have to say that most dealers / service departments would have just blown me off as the defects were so slight, but Craig Touchstone went the extra mile and got it taken care of. I'm very picky about my cars and totally pleased with Rob Sight Ford. I've had experience with their sales department, service departmen and body shop. Each department has a good attiutude, treats you with respect and gets the job done correctly first time. This dealer gets a 10 rating from me. More
