I can't believe I got charged for tightening a screw that holds the battery stable in the trunk. Wouldn't have needed it if design had not been defective. Dave Bryant has always been my service provider and always does an excellent job. Dave was on vacation and I was handed off to Eric Davidson and I was not expecting the quality of service I had come to always does an excellent job. I can never get the cashier to obtain the right rewards information. I told her I had about $36.00 reward dollars and all she could find was $16.00.
