Roger did a great job assisting me with my 90,000 mile check up and finding a problem that could be fixed before my extended warrenty expired. I really appreciated his professionalism. He provided me a rental car and when the job became too long to wait. He is an excellent employee. I will recommend this dealership in the future to other Ford users. While waiting on my car, I had a chance to talk to Gary Singer. He took me out on a test drive of the new Focus and new F150. He was professional, patient and provided me with a wealth of knowledge about the newer Ford cards. We have purchased every car we have owned with another dealership. For the first time in 25 years, we will consider switching dealerships. THANKS!!! More
I received my truck as planned. The guys are very polite and the detail I had done is great. I would recommend this dealership. I had a the silver piece of plastic break off of my console took it in to see if it could fixed. Bruce took a look at it & said we will have to Order you another console lid it's under warranty we'll console took it in to see if it could fixed. I always get great service at Rob Sight. It was 100 degrees out that day. Would have been nice to have something cold to drink while we waited. The frig always seems empty. This is probably my third visit to Rob Sight service. I switched from Shawnee Mission Ford because it is closer to me. My wife bought her Mariner from Sight and has always been pleased with the service. I can see why. Erik is friendly and attentive without being pushy with his recommendations for my service needs. I did feel that this latest trip took longer than usual, particularly when I am there when they open. It could be, though, that there was work left from the previous day; also, since I just show up when they open, I don't make an appointment. In any event, I give the ratings I due because I truly appreciate the service, quality and attention. More

Overall my experience did not meet the expectations I had and the service I have received before. I dropped my car off late morning on Monday June 11 due to multiple malfunctions after a trip home from Illi and the service I have received before. I dropped my car off late morning on Monday June 11 due to multiple malfunctions after a trip home from Illinois. (no cruise control, wrench light, check engine light, etc..) I also mentioned that my sync was acting up and the "Would you like to run a vechile health report" continued to come on. I wanted to get everything set up and working before my warranty runs out. On Monday evening I received a call stating technicians couldn't find anything wrong with the car. I asked them to drive it over 60 miles per hour. The next day I called back and was told they drove the car to Raymore and did find the problems. A part was to be ordered and the car would be worked on. On Thursday I had stopped by to retrieve personal items from my car that I had needed. I was told I needed to bring my original key back in order to complete the process of fixing my car. No one had called to tell me that prior to me stopping by, but we arranged I would bring it when the car was ready and would wait while the technician used the original key to reset the automobile. On Thursday evening I received a call that the car was ready and was asked to pick it up early Friday morning. I came at 9:00 a.m. to pick up my car and was told the technician found something else wrong with it. I was FINALLY offered a rental car after being without a car for 5 days. I was told I would not be responsible for the payment for the rental car and would just need to return it with 3/4 tank of gas. On Saturday, I got another call that now my car was ready. I came back to pick it up around 1:00 p.m. When I got there, my car had not been cleaned and I was asked if I wanted to wait for them to do it. I didn't want to wait anymore than I had already waited. It was disappointing that after having my car for 6 days that it didn't get washed prior to my picking it up. I also noticed that over 200 miles had been put on my car and I had NO gas. I understand needing to drive it to find the problems but I feel like my gas should have been filled and my car should've been clean. I drove my car 5 miles and the "would you like to run a vechicle health report" came on. My sync is also not hooked up. I noticed today that my charge card was charged $25.00. I was expected a much better experience like I have received in the past and am unsure what to do. More
