I was told the issue on my vehicle was the parking brake shoes needed replaced, and you wanted to charge me $432 for the repair. I declined that. Brought the vehicle home, and tore the brakes and rotors o shoes needed replaced, and you wanted to charge me $432 for the repair. I declined that. Brought the vehicle home, and tore the brakes and rotors off myself, and the shoes were in great condition. This was NOT the issue, and I would have been out $432 for nothing, and still would have had a "ticking" sound going on. You also stated you checked the UV joints, and hub - I dont think so. Upon further inspection under the vehicle, while vehicle was jacked up, and front tires removed, noticed the wheel weights were loose on the front tires. I took them to be re-balanced - $20 and the issue is resolved. I don't think you really dug into my wheels, brakes at all. I think an "assumption" was made as to the problem, and I'm glad I didnt agree to let you do any repairs on the vehicle. The customer service was great at a personal level, but I felt the service itself was very very poor. More

Rob Sight replaced a defective Ford battery which had purchased from a different Ford dealership. There was with no cost to me. The contact the other dealer to make sure the battery was still covered un purchased from a different Ford dealership. There was with no cost to me.
