The new guy wasn't very informative. I told him I wanted the oil changed, which with all of the other Service Advisors immediately translates to the Works package. this guy asked me if I wanted the tires r the oil changed, which with all of the other Service Advisors immediately translates to the Works package. this guy asked me if I wanted the tires rotated and a couple of other things. To which I said "isn't that part of the Works package?" He said, "Oh you want the works package". Also, when he came to the car, he didn't have his clipboard, wasn't taking down the mileage and the VIN etc while I was talking to him. If I have my choice in the future I will wait for one of the other Service Advisors to take care of me. More
Great, conscientious people. Work quickly and do good work. Parts department got confused re: which Ecoboost mass air flow sensor lead they had to order, which caused me to have to come back two additio work. Parts department got confused re: which Ecoboost mass air flow sensor lead they had to order, which caused me to have to come back two additional times to get my 5000 mile service completed. To their credit, their mechanic's spotted the lose pin and remediated the issue. But you always prefer that someone else's problem serve as the parts/service departments training aid. This is the only reason I downgraded them from 5's in quality and overall experience. From a service perspective they turned a problem into an opportunity to meet/exceed expectations. More

As always, had a great experience with Rob Sight! I have my F150 several yrs now, and things wear out sometimes. I can always count on Craig and the team to find the problems and let me know.
