I typically go to Rob Sight for regular scheduled service on my MKZ. Their prices are a probably average, maybe a little on the high side, but they usually complete the work quickly, within an hour, and the on my MKZ. They do not have very many amenities in their waiting area, only coffee and a television, and I would like to see more. They also do not wash the cars after servicing, some dealers in the KC Metro area do and it would be nice if they did as well. More
I went in for routine service, but also had a SYNC update to complete. I hadn't finished the download, and had ordered but not received my new navigation card. Dave was great. I came in with a funny noise type of problem. The initial fix did not repair problem. Dave reversed the installed fix and determined actual problem. Roger was very friendly and accomodating. Service was relatively quick and I was advised that there was a problem that would be covered under my warranty including the rental car and I was able to set th relatively quick and I was advised that there was a problem that would be covered under my warranty including the rental car and I was able to set this service up to be completed the folling morning. Craig took care of getting right in the next morning and Enterprise was great too. More
The new guy wasn't very informative. I told him I wanted the oil changed, which with all of the other Service Advisors immediately translates to the Works package. this guy asked me if I wanted the tires r the oil changed, which with all of the other Service Advisors immediately translates to the Works package. this guy asked me if I wanted the tires rotated and a couple of other things. To which I said "isn't that part of the Works package?" He said, "Oh you want the works package". Also, when he came to the car, he didn't have his clipboard, wasn't taking down the mileage and the VIN etc while I was talking to him. If I have my choice in the future I will wait for one of the other Service Advisors to take care of me. More
Great, conscientious people. Work quickly and do good work. Parts department got confused re: which Ecoboost mass air flow sensor lead they had to order, which caused me to have to come back two additio work. Parts department got confused re: which Ecoboost mass air flow sensor lead they had to order, which caused me to have to come back two additional times to get my 5000 mile service completed. To their credit, their mechanic's spotted the lose pin and remediated the issue. But you always prefer that someone else's problem serve as the parts/service departments training aid. This is the only reason I downgraded them from 5's in quality and overall experience. From a service perspective they turned a problem into an opportunity to meet/exceed expectations. More

As always, had a great experience with Rob Sight! I have my F150 several yrs now, and things wear out sometimes. I can always count on Craig and the team to find the problems and let me know.
