I was very happy up until the time I picked my car up to leave. You all have spoiled me on my first visit and they told me that my car was going thru the car wash. I have bought several vehicles from Rob Sight Ford and I have never had an experience that was bad or even close to being unpleasant. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received at Rob Sight Ford! I have a 2006 Ford Escape with only 65K miles. Last August the air conditioning was not working properly. I brought it received at Rob Sight Ford! I have a 2006 Ford Escape with only 65K miles. Last August the air conditioning was not working properly. I brought it to your dealership, you replaced the exhaust manifold. I am not sure how my heater is related, but it is functioning poorly. Last week, I noticed I was dripping oil and returned to your dealership. The oil pan needed replacement, in addition, you found issue with the rear axle and it was replaced. There is rust on the rear wheel well, which is unacceptable for a vehicle with 65K miles. It has not been exposed to prolonged winter conditions to warrant rust. My vehicle is used only by me as sole owner. I take pride in my vehicle, and maintain according to factory guidelines. As of now, would not recommend Ford or purchase another Ford as your product is mediocre at best. I would debate your brand as “Ford Tough”. I would appreciate a response and ask for some type of resolution to this situation. - Thank You - Sharon Cahill More
