Best customer service experience I have had in a long time! The collision center employees were wonderful...very genuine in the service they provided to me. The repair work looks amazing and they helped me by getting my car to the service department directly after for a routine oil change. The experience was so positive that I had to called the GM to make sure he knew how pleased I was with the service. On top of the Ford team members, Garrett, at the Enterprise rental counter, was a joy to work with on arranging my rental—I called his boss too. I appreciated being treated as a valued customer. It dawned on me as I was leaving the dealership that this is the first time that I have purchased a car from a dealer where I continued to use the service/collision center. I can seriously say I have never thought about going anywhere but Rob Sight since I drove my car off the lot. Thank you all for loving what you do and not being afraid to show it!! More
I usually have an excellent experience here but I rated it lower because I asked for a light to be checked & it was replaced before asking me if I was prepared to pay for it that day. You don't do business that way especially when the customer SPECIFICALLY SAYS, "Can you please check this to see why it's not coming on so I can know if it's a fuse or a blown bulb". This just goes back to the common saying that the dealership takes advantage of women getting their vehicles serviced. Needless to say, Ieft a bit unhappy. More

I purchased a used Ford Explorer and had it checked out at Rob Sight, I'm convinced that they have competent mechanics and the service manager has exceeded my expectations. I had bought my used Mountaineer from them a 4 years ago and have not needed service on the vehicle until this week. to me, this is a statement of the quality of cars they sell. During this visit my service and have not needed service on the vehicle until this week. to me, this is a statement of the quality of cars they sell. During this visit my service advisor, Craig, provided me services options and expert opinions on what needed to be done and was patient about it. I was waiting for the other shoe to drop when he provided me the invoice for the repairs but it was less than I had anticapted. The dealership from sales to service has been great to work with.
