Service this time Called to inquire about my check engine light being on & was told bring it in its probably no big deal. Brought it in & was told to come back later. Back the next day & given the most awful loaner ever! Told that my car would be done that same day or the next day. NO ONE contacted me to tell me ANYTHING about my car & when I called them I was left on hold 10 min & told it wasn't done but would be pushed to be done today. My husband went by at 3:30 & my car was sitting outside. When he went in to see if it was done he was told it wouldn't be done until tomorrow. STILL no one has contacted ME to let me know anything! So now I'm stuck with the awful loaner yet another day! I am great full they gave me a loaner but if I was an employee of Rob Sight I would have been embarrassed to loan a customer this car! It smells horrible & was not clean at all. It doesn't run well either & im pretty sure there's something wrong with the gas gauge! Not a pleasant experience at all! More

When I arrived at the service center to get the oil change done, they said there were a few people in front of me and they wouldn't have time. I explained I called and attenpted to make an appointment and was angry I drove up for nothing. All they offered was for me to wait 2 hours to maybe get it done by the time they close. Thanks for nothing but wasted gas. Will go somewhere else from now on. More

"Repair Costs - Out of Sight" The staff are friendly and professional - you won't find nicer people - Craig is great! HOWEVER, the prices in the service department are out of "Sight". Have been bringing my vehicles to same dealership for years - recent months things are getting increasingly higher. Ford Motor obviously has an issue with the smaller V8 used in many Ford Products. Now my 2nd spark plug to blow out of the vehicle; internet research reveals this to be a far too frequent occurrence; yet Ford places the responsibility solely on the customer for repairs; now quoted $800 to repair; was lowered to $748 after request of reduction - which I'm thankful for but seriously, for a design flaw?. Other recent repairs are extremely high, brake repair $2200.00+, on my van; oxygen sensor not accurately installed on car; required it being brought back again; additional wiper spray head replacements - parts $260; labor $90+ - just getting ridiculous. Had an alternative shop make repairs last year that Rob Sight Service quoted at $3000+, all repairs done by alternative shop for less than $1600. Just seems like the repair costs are spiraling out of control. Considering another vehicle at this time due to outrageous costs. When looking at bigger picture - Ford lack of responsibility regarding the spark plug issues and increasing repair costs - probably go elsewhere. I like being a "US" built loyalist, but truly starting to see why people go to Honda, Toyota, etc... More
Nonexistent follow up from service!! Horrible experience So I make an appointment for the dealer to look at my new ford F150 with 12,000 miles! Issue is back of truck isn't level. I drop off the truck first So I make an appointment for the dealer to look at my new ford F150 with 12,000 miles! Issue is back of truck isn't level. I drop off the truck first thing in the morning! No call back until I initiate it at 4:30 that afternoon! I'm told the its a little late in the warranty to level the back ( so much for 35,000 miles) and the service tech needs to go back to ford for authorization ! Three weeks go by and it takes me to again call the dealer. The same Tech talks to me and says he has not connected with Ford and is off the next day so he will connect with me the next week ! Never got that call back ! Now I'm disgusted and take the truck to Shawne Mission Ford! While I wait, they take a look and a little over an hour later they explain the fix, I also watched through sa window as they fixed it! As they wrap up the project they notice the front wheel wearing a little off. They ask if I can give them a little extra time and they then realign the front end. Above and beyond my expectations More
Phenomenal Customer Service! Erik Davidson at Rob Sight Ford has been spectacular to work with! I saw him in October for a major part repair and felt that he was very trustworthy and easy to talk to. I then had a knocking noise in the front of my car that I needed looked at. I took it to a mechanic, just because it was closer to my house, and was misdiagnosed, paying $170 for something that did not even need to be fixed. I then decided that I just needed to take my car to Erik, which I should have done in the first place! It was something as simple as needing caliper clips, which they added, and after such a small bill and small amount of time having to wait, we were on our way! From now on, I will only take my car to Erik at Rob Sight! Thanks so much for the fantastic service! Very trusting of Erik and his knowledge and customer service are excellent! Keep up the great work, Erik! You really make a difference there! More

I CAME IN TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A MISSOURI VEHICLE INSPECTION AND CRAIG SAID THAT THEY COULD IT NOW. SO MY SON AND I HAD A CUP OF COFFEE AND WATCHED THE NEWS, AND WATCHED MR. SIGHT CLEAN UP COFFEE CUP INSPECTION AND CRAIG SAID THAT THEY COULD IT NOW. SO MY SON AND I HAD A CUP OF COFFEE AND WATCHED THE NEWS, AND WATCHED MR. SIGHT CLEAN UP COFFEE CUPS.NICE JOB. 35 MIN. LATER CRAIG CAME OVER AND TOLD ME THAT THE BACK BREAKS WERE BAD AND I SAID MIX THE BREAKS. I would like to say that the service and Craig were very professional and took "good" care of my car. I have recently made 2 visits to the service center, the first time the issue was I had low pressure professional and took "good" care of my car. I have recently made 2 visits to the service center, the first time the issue was I had low pressure from the hose coming out of my wiper motor. Unfortunately for me, they did not have the part in stock. I made arrangements with Craig to return with the condition that I would have a vehicle to use. When I arrived back at the dealership Craig had the ticket pre-written so I had no wait time-which I appreciate greatly. When I returned 24 hours later to get my vehicle it wasn't ready as a technician had not been available to work on my car-it was being worked on when I got there. I had to wait around for about 30 minutes-which I did not really care for. More
It seems in each instance every time that I've had the need for routine maintenance (sometimes making an appointment and sometimes not), I've always seemed to get Dave Bryant as my service advisor. Dave aways greets you with a smile and a 'yes we can' attitude! He's informative at various steps of the repair process. He seems knowledgeable and willing to listen to my description of what the trouble appears to be -- especially in my non-mechinical terms! He listens so he gets it! I'm in the communications field and I've found listening with understanding and communicating are key components to being effective. So kudos to Dave for being a part of providing an ongoing hassel free experience regardless of whether he's delivering good or bad news about one's vehicle! He's perceived as an honest guy and therefore believeable! More
