I CAME IN TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A MISSOURI VEHICLE INSPECTION AND CRAIG SAID THAT THEY COULD IT NOW. SO MY SON AND I HAD A CUP OF COFFEE AND WATCHED THE NEWS, AND WATCHED MR. SIGHT CLEAN UP COFFEE CUP INSPECTION AND CRAIG SAID THAT THEY COULD IT NOW. SO MY SON AND I HAD A CUP OF COFFEE AND WATCHED THE NEWS, AND WATCHED MR. SIGHT CLEAN UP COFFEE CUPS.NICE JOB. 35 MIN. LATER CRAIG CAME OVER AND TOLD ME THAT THE BACK BREAKS WERE BAD AND I SAID MIX THE BREAKS. CRAIG ASKED IF WE WOULD LIKE TO STAY OR BE TAKEN SOME PLACE, I WAS GREATFULL FOR THE RIDE TO AND FROM WALMART. THAT HOUR WENT FAST... THANKS TIM MOORE More
I would like to say that the service and Craig were very professional and took "good" care of my car. I have recently made 2 visits to the service center, the first time the issue was I had low pressure professional and took "good" care of my car. I have recently made 2 visits to the service center, the first time the issue was I had low pressure from the hose coming out of my wiper motor. Unfortunately for me, they did not have the part in stock. I made arrangements with Craig to return with the condition that I would have a vehicle to use. When I arrived back at the dealership Craig had the ticket pre-written so I had no wait time-which I appreciate greatly. When I returned 24 hours later to get my vehicle it wasn't ready as a technician had not been available to work on my car-it was being worked on when I got there. I had to wait around for about 30 minutes-which I did not really care for. More
It seems in each instance every time that I've had the need for routine maintenance (sometimes making an appointment and sometimes not), I've always seemed to get Dave Bryant as my service advisor. Dave aways greets you with a smile and a 'yes we can' attitude! He's informative at various steps of the repair process. He seems knowledgeable and willing to listen to my description of what the trouble appears to be -- especially in my non-mechinical terms! He listens so he gets it! I'm in the communications field and I've found listening with understanding and communicating are key components to being effective. So kudos to Dave for being a part of providing an ongoing hassel free experience regardless of whether he's delivering good or bad news about one's vehicle! He's perceived as an honest guy and therefore believeable! More
I bought a ford F-150 nine months ago form another dealership and was having trouble with the engine running a bit rough, and it was also time to get my transmission serviced. I called the service dep dealership and was having trouble with the engine running a bit rough, and it was also time to get my transmission serviced. I called the service department around 10am and asked if they could do the service and have me in and out that same day and they said no problem. Later that day I got a call from Dave who gave me some disheartening news my engine had severe damage and needed replaced. Thankfully I had purchased an extended warranty with the truck but had no idea how big of a deal it was to actually get them to pay for a claim. That's when Dave stepped in on my behalf. He argued with the warranty company and helped me file the claim to get me a replacement engine and not to re build the old one, called me and kept me informed as to exactly what was going on with my truck every step of the way even on his days off, and last but not least paid for my rental car when I had no rental car coverage so I wouldn't be without a car. The level of customer service I received far exceeded my expectations and they all went above and beyond. When I got my truck back from them the bill was even less than Dave had originally quoted me and my truck was detailed and clean. I will NEVER take my truck anywhere else to have it worked on or serviced and will be buying my next F-150 from Rob Sight Ford because of this experience. I would also like to thank the mechanic who worked on my truck and who cut his labor rate to help me out on my bill. Matthew B McClain More
I have had very good success having my vehicles serviced at Rob Sight Ford. Having technicians that have been trained on my vehicle is important to me. Craig discussed the results of the multi-point inspection and advised me of service that would be needed at the next oil change, something that other dealers and service centers have not done. More
I gave the ratings above because they accurately reflect my experience, not just with this most recent visit, but with extensive work I had done on another car, earlier this year. Since I'm not now, never have been, and don't plan on becoming a service technician, I EXPECT the work I have done to be done correctly. I EXPECT the cost to be accurate, fair and reasonable, given the location and items needed to execute the repairs. What I DID NOT EXPECT was the courtesy, speed and accuracy of subsequent communications, after leaving the van for repairs. I was called when a delay in the arrival of parts meant the repairs would not be completed as originally scheduled. I was sent an email AND called when the van was ready to be picked up. I did NOT EXPECT a follow-up, personal email from the service manager, asking me to complete this survey. I recently moved to the KC area from mid-Missouri, where for the past 35 years, I have purchased and had serviced products from the local Ford dealer [not always Ford vehicles!]. I received the same kind of care there, and did NOT EXPECT to find that kind of service anywhere else. I was wrong. Thank you. More
