Awsome service! I had previously gone to a Ford dealership in Harrisonville because it was closer. They told me i had a couple of things wrong with my vehicle despite I had previously gone to a Ford dealership in Harrisonville because it was closer. They told me i had a couple of things wrong with my vehicle despite me having had one of fixed already, and told me i did not have a recall on my car when i already had looked and new i did, not trustworthy. They diagnosed the actual problem, Fixed my recall all at a reasonable price and not the $400 plus the other place quoted me. Had a wonderful experience as always, definitely worth the extra drive. I have found the staff at Rob Sight Ford to be just as professional and friendly in the service department as they were in used car sales on August 15, 2013. That means a lot to me because I have had several bad experiences with other dealerships. I often drive 20+ miles out of my way passing a closer Ford dealership to have my car serviced at Rob Sight. Based on my experience over the past 2 years and 10 months, when it's time to replace my current vehicle, I will definitely start my search with Rob Sight.   More
