Rob Sight Ford - Service Center

I have had my car serviced at the rob sight Ford ever since I had bought it new from them back in 2016. When I would take it in for the oil change “the works”, they would supposedly do a maintenance che since I had bought it new from them back in 2016. When I would take it in for the oil change “the works”, they would supposedly do a maintenance check and a battery check was included in that. Yesterday, I went to change my battery at a different location and when the technician opened the hood he immediately noticed the corroded terminal/clamp. I called Rob sight Ford as to why they never told me that the terminal was bad if they did a battery test on my vehicle for every oil change in the last 5 years. The service representative told me that “it’s a visual and sometimes voltage test”. The corroded terminal is pretty noticeable if you just look at the battery and if you do a voltage check you should have definitely seen it. Just to add to this is all happening and being told to me after the warranty of the vehicle just recently expired and I have to pay for the parts and the labor. I spoke to another service representative that said it could have just been missed by the technician/mechanic who did the last oil change but in opinion if I paid for “the works" and it includes a battery test and you didn't do it why didnt I get charged just for a regular oil changes. More

All the staff have always been courteous and polite. No matter how busy they are, they make me feel like the only customer. I took delivery of my car on Saturday. On Sunday I discovered one of the tires had a bubble on it, which is a safety issue. This tire was replaced on Monday, no questions asked. I bought my newest car at Rob Sight, from Matt and Rich. It was pre-owned, and a Buick, not a Ford. The price was around $3k under what I’d seen at different dealers. They were easy to work with, friendly and respectful. So today, an issue came up, and I called, a little upset about it. I spoke with Abby in the service dept, and she took care of everything. She, and Rich and Matt, went so far above and beyond what they needed to, in order to help me and make it all as convenient for me as possible, which is like 1000x more convenient than what I was expecting. I’ve never dealt with a dealership that was as dedicated to helping their customers, even after the sale was finished. I would recommend them to anyone, and would definitely buy from them again. I have used this dealership for 6 years and have finally hit my limit! Although there have been service issues in the past, I thought they had stepped up their game. This time I came in for a simple tire w hit my limit! Although there have been service issues in the past, I thought they had stepped up their game. This time I came in for a simple tire warranty issue and problems with a defective Tire Service System (the thing they give you instead of a spare). The Service tech told me I could call on a warranty issue myself if I wanted, because he didn’t want to ask the question about defective equipment. What? So, yes, I’ll call myself, and I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future! More
