I needed to get my oil changed and NO WHERE on your website does it tell you that it is first come first serve. So I made a service appointment and wrote down what I needed. When I came in for my appoi website does it tell you that it is first come first serve. So I made a service appointment and wrote down what I needed. When I came in for my appointment, with my two grandkids, I was told that I didn’t need an appointment and it would be 2 hours before they could get to me! Please make it clear on your website what a patron is supposed to do for oil changes because all Ford dealers don’t do the same thing. More

My third row seating was damaged by a furniture store and I was needing to get a quote to repair it. I spoke with Craig over the phone and he was very nice and explained the process. He was able to see my ve I was needing to get a quote to repair it. I spoke with Craig over the phone and he was very nice and explained the process. He was able to see my vehicle that day. When I arrived he looked at my vehicle, coordinated with the parts department, and got me a quote all in under 30 minutes. I appreciated his kindness and explanation of the process. I’m hoping to get the quote approved quickly so that I can go back to Rob Sight Ford because after my experience, I definitely want to give them my business. More
