Great Help! My Focus was having transmission problems and I had to nurse it into the dealership where I purchased it. The service department closed by then, but Keith in sales met me in the showroom, listened to my situation, and had me in a loaner within 15 minutes. Kirk in Service called me the next morning, said he was looking it over, and would get with me later in the day. By noon he had called and told me they were able to repair it and that it was ready for me to pick up. When I returned for my Focus, GM Rich greeted and thanked me. Kindness and service is systemic at this dealership. More
